Thundering Hooves

I am sorry to say that the SpotsNStripes Ranch was smack-dab in the path of the Witch Creek Fire that took out the town of Ramona. I worried for days until Nancy sent a note saying they lost the ranch, but that none of the equines were hurt. The country east of San Diego was horse heaven. It's going to be very tough on the equestrian residents of the area. Just imagine loosing all your horse gear and your house at the same time!!

Just before all that happened, I was working on a short video clip to celebrate the open space my equines enjoy. How ironic that you see them here running past the firewood pile.
